Something not quite right? You can request a return from your Offbeat account. Sign in with the email you used to place your order and we'll take it from there.

Start a Return

How it works

  1. Sign in using the email used for your order

    We'll send a one-time code to that email so you can access your orders.

  2. Open the delivered order

    Find the order in your account and choose to request a return.

  3. Select the item(s) you want to return and submit the request

    Pick a reason for each item and add a note if it helps.

  4. Offbeat reviews the request and sends the next steps

    You'll get an email once your request has been reviewed.

Eligibility

Return eligibility is shown on each order in your account when you start a request. If an item can't be returned, you'll see that before you submit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or design? Request a return for the item and mention the swap you'd like. Where available, exchanges are handled as part of the approved return process.
